At StarGlobal Port Agency, we believe talent comes in many forms. Through a programme with SG Enable, Singapore's focal agency for disability inclusion, we've welcomed two new colleagues working remotely with us as an Admin Operations Coordinator and an Operations Coordinator.

Both roles are integral to our daily operations, set up to let our team members work from home in an environment suited to their needs. It reflects a belief we hold: diverse, flexible teams make us stronger, and inclusion is a responsibility we all share.
